General information about delivery:
Exact delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. We ensure the goods are packed securely to prevent damage during transportation.

Delivery options:
  • Courier delivery in Almaty city and surrounding areas:
Delivery within the city is carried out through the service "Yandex Delivery" at the tariff of the service at the time of shipment and is on average from 1500 tg to 2000 tg, depending on the address of the recipient. Delivery is carried out within 2-3 hours from the moment of placing your order from 13:00 to 18:30 daily. Orders placed after 18:00 are shipped the next day.

After placing and paying for the order you will be contacted by our manager to clarify the details of delivery.

  • Delivery in Kazakhstan (regions):
Delivery within the country is carried out through Post Express courier service from Mon-Fri (from 9:00 to 18:00), Sat (from 9:00 to 15:00), Sun - day off. The cost of delivery of parcel up to 5 kg is 3490 tg. Delivery time in the regions of Kazakhstan from 2 to 7 days. Sending by courier is carried out the next day after receiving the order. Courier will bring the parcel to you personally in your hands.

  • Pickup from the warehouse:
You can pick up your order yourself from the warehouse at the address: Almaty, Raiymbek Ave., 206A, daily from 13:00 to 18:30 hours.
Payment is available via a link that we will send in a reply email after placing your order. (The link is valid for 3 hours after receiving the email)

Only Visa and MasterCard cards issued by Kazakhstan banks are accepted for payment.

Payments. Payment by bank card online
Our website is connected to Internet acquiring and you can pay for the Service by Visa or Mastercard bank card. For additional authentication of the cardholder the 3-D Secure protocol is used. If your Issuing Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional authentication. The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of the International payment systems Visa and MasterCard on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for this purpose the most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels are used. The bank card data is entered in a secure window on the Tarlan Payments payment page.
The fields on the payment page require entering the card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary data is displayed on the surface of the bank card.
CVV2/ CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.
Next, your issuing bank's page for entering the 3-D Secure code will open in the same window. In case you do not have a static 3-D Secure set up, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If the 3-D Secure code is not sent to you, you should contact your issuing bank.
3-D Secure is the most modern technology for securing card payments on the Internet. It allows you to uniquely identify the authenticity of the cardholder performing the transaction and minimize the risk of fraudulent card transactions.

Security guarantees
Tarlan Payments processing center protects and processes your bank card data according to PCI DSS Level 1 security standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further transfer of information takes place over closed banking networks, which have the highest level of security. Cash refunds
No cash refunds are allowed when making online payments with payment cards. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems:
  1. The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, after the transfer of the goods, the refusal must be formalized within 14 days;
  2. Return of goods of proper quality is possible in case if its trade dress, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved;
  3. The consumer has no right to refuse goods of proper quality having individually defined properties, if the said goods can be used exclusively by the person acquiring them;
  4. In case of rejection of the goods by the consumer, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer not later than ten days from the date of the consumer's request.

Cases of refusal to make a payment:
